TexTuff QuickBooks Integration End-User License Agreement

Effective date: October 7, 2026

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) covers the TexTuff QuickBooks Integration (the “App”), a private, internal-only tool owned by TexTuff Enterprises LLC (“TexTuff”). The App connects to TexTuff’s own QuickBooks Online company through Intuit’s official QuickBooks Online MCP server and OAuth 2.0. It lets TexTuff’s owner and his AI business assistant read TexTuff’s QuickBooks data and, with the owner’s approval, update it. The App is not sold, offered, or distributed to anyone else. By connecting or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.

1. License

TexTuff grants its authorized personnel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App only for TexTuff’s internal business purposes. You may not sell, sublicense, share, or distribute the App, or use it to access any QuickBooks company other than TexTuff’s own.

2. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing any changes before approving them and for checking the accuracy of your accounting records.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TexTuff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from use of the App. TexTuff’s total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount paid for the App, which is zero.

4. Intuit Is Not Responsible

Intuit Inc. is not the developer of this App and is not a party to this Agreement. Intuit is not responsible for the App, its content, or its support. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit’s own terms.

5. Disconnecting

You can disconnect the App at any time from within QuickBooks Online (Settings > Apps, or the Apps/connected apps area of your account) or by revoking the App’s OAuth tokens. Once disconnected, the App can no longer access your QuickBooks data.

6. Termination

This license lasts until it is ended. TexTuff may end it at any time, and it ends automatically if the App is disconnected or its access is revoked. When it ends, you must stop using the App. Sections 2, 3, 4, and 7 continue to apply after termination.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
